About Ichionkai-Information
chionkai Music School was founded in 1966 in Tokyo by the piano pedagogue Kazuko Eguchi as an experimental teaching venue for the Eguchi Method.
Current Enrollment: 1500 regular students and additional 500 students studying via Internet
Current Number of Faculty: 110
Core Courses Offered: Private piano lesson, Eguchi Perfect Pitch Training, Music and Movement Class, and Solfege
Secondary courses Offered: Composition, and Private violin, flute, and voice lessons
Ichionkai Music School also offers additional teacher training programs, in which approximately 800 piano teachers have studied since its inception in 1985.
